About Us
Who handles my order and how is it processed?
When you buy from us online, your credit or debit card is verified almost instantaeously. This is to ensure you have sufficient funds available to you and that the card has not been reported stolen. Once your card has been verified, we can accept your order. Two identical emails are generated; one email is sent to our despatch center in Warwickshire, who will begin to process your order as soon as they receive it, and the other email is sent to one of our directors. These emails are then cross-checked at the end of the working day. (N.B. In some cases your order will be dispatched directly to you from the manufacturer, simplifying the logistics and saving time).
Can I try the equipment before I buy?
Definitely! We have a brand-new 2,400 sq. ft. showroom area with a selection of equipment from dumbbells to the most sophisticated treadmills and most things in between. Click here to find us.
Do you sell to gyms, too?
As a business, we pride ourselves on our ability to provide fitness solutions for any environment. Most of our sales are of high-quality fitness equipment for home use but we are able to provide expertise and equipment for businesses who may want to set up a commercial gym - be it public or private. What happens if the product I ordered is faulty?
Repair and maintenance of your equipment is all part of our service. In the first instance we will look to send one of our authorised engineers to repair your equipment. Otherwise, we will hopefully be in a position to be able to leave you with a replacement item.
What happens if the product I want is out of stock?
We do our upmost to ensure that all our products are current and available for you to buy. If, however, the product you ordered is out of stock, please email us at sales@achieve-fitness.co.uk and we will be able to tell you whether the product you want is temporarily out of stock or has been discontinued. It is most likely that the product is temporarily out of stock and we can advise you of how long you will have to wait and then back-order it for you.
How do I know it is safe to use my credit card?
At achieve-fitness.co.uk, all online transactions are processed on a secure server using the industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology. When and how will my goods be delivered?
Your goods will be delivered within 10 days of reciept of your order. Should you have any special delivery requirements, please do not hesitate to contact aftersales@achieve-fitness.co.uk or on FREEPHONE: 0800 328 1817 and we will do all we can to assist you.
Do you deliver to addresses outside the UK?
Although it is our policy to deliver to mainland UK addresses only, in some circumstances we do deliver to addresses outside the UK. An additional delivery charge will be applicable. Contact one of our sales team at sales@achieve-fitness.co.uk and a member of our customer services team will be happy to assist you.

When will my goods be delivered?
Once we receive your completed order, we aim to despatch your goods within 2-3 working days. We will only charge your credit/debit card once your product is ready to despatch.
How will my goods be delivered?
Larger packages are delivered by our appointed couriers, Business Post. Smaller packages are delivered by Royal Mail by Recorded or Special Delivery.
What happens if the product I ordered is out of stock?
If we are experiencing delays in completing your order or if the products(s) you require are no longer available, we will notify you immediately.
In the event that the item is not in stock, we will back order for you. We will contact you with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
What standard warranty comes with my goods?
All products come complete with a 1 year manufacturer's warranty. If you experience any problems or faults with a product you have purchased from us, contact us immediately with the exact nature of the fault and we will do our best to solve your problem.

"Achieve Fitness" is the trading name of "Achieve Fitness Equipment Ltd". Unlike many internet based companies we are a UK based "clicks and mortar" retailer, with a showroom and despatch center in Shipston-on-Stour, Warwickshire. We specialise in supplying an extensive range of fitness products from leading brands to customers across the United Kingdom.
You can check that we are a legitimate company by visiting the Companies House website which keeps a record of every UK company. The companies house website is only operational between Monday and Saturday, 7.00am to 12 Midnight.
